In 2000, The University of Zurich and The
Institute for Applied Psychology in Zurich officially
approved Spielzeit’s internships. Our referral agencies include:

Children's Hospital Zurich |

Agencies, including Zurich's Cancer Society and Early
Counseling Programs |

Schools with special education programs in the Canton of
Zurich |

Various support groups for parents of ill children |

Independent pediatricians and psychiatrists |
|
Concerned parents (e.g., in situation of divorce, school problems or partial orphans) |
Spielzeit therapists are contracted with
health insurances
and the Federal Disability Insurance.
Provided services are transparently documented. Operating
costs are based on ZEWO
methods and are annually approved by the
Federal Control Agency for
Foundations. (ZEWO is
Switzerland’s private NPO accreditation agency.) A
certified public
accountant audits all financial
statements.
To be able to cover expenses, our organization is
funded by
